I'm going to dye some light blonde, real hair extensions light violet, and I want to know what is the best hair dye?
I won't be washing the extensions (they'll be worn only on the weekends, so it's not like they need to be), so should I still be concerned with fading?
Also, La Riche is the only one available to buy in stores (in my city).

Best unnatural hair dye? Manic Panic, SFX, La Riche...?
I've used Manic Panic and it really does work great. I haven't used SFX but I have heard AMAZING things about it. Never heard of La Riche.
I've used Manic and SFX. Manic Panic is deffinitely a weaker hair dye than SFX. I used the Atomic Turqoiuse and it left mosty an ugly green. Some parts of my head were still uneffected by the dye.
ReplyDeleteSFX was really stronger and does stain the skin for a couple of hours/days. I used the Fishbowl turqoiuse and it actually left my hair that color.
I've heard first hand that La Riche only lasts a week which is not so good. It probably doesn damage your hair but it wont dye it that good either!
Lastly, I've used RAW Deep Purple and it smelled like grapes and worked really good. I got mine at Hot Topic. Its good.
Order of the best to worst
#1-SFX #2-RAW Hairdye 3#-Manic Panic #4- La Riche
Also, eventually you'll need to wash your extensions like once a month. It wouldn't fade with any of them except La Riche. Maybe last a month if you wash them once
